To protect every customer, an item should remain unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition unless it arrived faulty, damaged, or the law gives you a different right. For a fault or damage claim, clear photos or a short video may help us assess the issue efficiently. Our team will review the order and explain the available path, which may include troubleshooting, a return assessment, replacement support, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Warranty handling depends on the product, the nature of the concern, and the protections that apply where you bought it. Luma Wellness does not treat normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or care instructions being ignored as the same as a verified product defect. Where a manufacturing or arrival issue is confirmed, we will explain the appropriate resolution before asking you to take further action.
A refund or replacement is considered only after Luma Care has reviewed the order and, where needed, received or documented the item. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment route where possible; the timing of the visible credit can depend on the payment provider. Shipping and return costs are handled according to the confirmed case and any rights that apply in your destination.
Nothing in this policy removes, limits, or replaces mandatory consumer rights in your location.
