Luma Wellness offers free standard shipping on eligible current orders. Before you place an order, checkout shows the delivery options, destination eligibility, total amount, and any location-specific charges that apply. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; product availability and payment authorization are confirmed before dispatch.
We prepare orders after payment approval. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, selected service, carrier operations, and local conditions, so the estimate shown at checkout is the most relevant one for your order. We cannot guarantee carrier transit times once a parcel has entered the carrier network, but Luma Care can help review a delivery concern with your order reference.
Orders are packed with privacy in mind. Our outer packaging and carrier-facing information are designed to remain practical and low-key; product details are not intended to be displayed on the exterior of the parcel. Please enter a delivery address where you can safely receive the order.
Review your address carefully before submitting an order. If something needs to change, email info@womanizer.im as soon as possible with the order reference. We will try to help before dispatch, although a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, marked delivered but missing, or arrives with a concern, contact Luma Care with the order reference and any useful delivery details.
